Shipping

We ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days of shipping, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love your Eve Dream mask. If it’s not right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your mask arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@evedreamco.com with a photo. Once approved, we’ll provide a return address along with a shipping label and instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send a replacement or full refund.
