Shipping
We ship across the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days of shipping, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your mask arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@evedreamco.com with a photo. Once approved, we’ll provide a return address along with a shipping label and instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send a replacement or full refund.
